Terms of Service

Welcome to Kindora. By accessing this platform, utilizing the payment gateway, or generating a verification artifact ("Receipt"), you agree to these Terms. Kindora is an independent research initiative operated by the Omnidyne Team.

Nature of Transaction: Payments made on this platform are for the purchase of a Digital Verification Artifact (KND-ID) and access to our Transparency Upload Portal. This transaction is a purchase of digital goods/services.

DISCLAIMER: Kindora is NOT a registered 501(c)(3) charity. Payments are NOT tax-deductible donations. You are purchasing a digital service (Verification) where the proceeds are voluntarily pledged by the operators to external impact causes.

Refund Policy

We are committed to user satisfaction and operational fairness. While Digital Goods are generally exempt from refunds under consumer law, Kindora voluntarily offers a standard refund window to ensure trust.

  • 7-Day Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the verification process, accidental transactions, or failure of key generation.
  • Procedure: Refund requests can be initiated via the "Get a Refund" tool in our FAQ or by emailing omnidyne.dev@gmail.com with your Transaction ID.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. We adhere to a strict data minimization policy ("Data Asceticism").

Data We Collect:

  • Transaction Data: Processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank details.
  • Email & Name: Used strictly to generate your Receipt and send refund confirmations.
  • Cookies: We use minimal local storage to remember your session state (e.g., your generated Receipt ID).

Data Usage: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers. Your data is used solely for the functionality of the Kindora Protocol.

The Transparency Pledge

Kindora operates on a voluntary "Pledge of Net Proceeds."

"Net Proceeds" is defined as Gross Revenue minus Payment Gateway Fees (PayPal/Stripe) and essential Server Infrastructure costs.

We pledge to allocate 90% of these Net Proceeds toward real-world impact execution. This allocation is a voluntary operational decision by the Omnidyne Team and does not constitute a binding charitable trust or endowment.
